Terms and conditions

1. All workshops and courses must be paid for either at the time of booking or no later than 7 days afterwards if paying through this site.   You can pay by cash (in the shop or by post), Debit/Credit card (by 'phone, in the shop, or through this site) or by paypal (through this site).

2. We reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop due to illness, adverse weather or some other event making it impossible for us to attend.  For workshops, we again reserve the right to cancel a workshop should reduced numbers make running the workshop unviable.  In both cases we will offer a full refund or alternative dates where possible.

3. For Reiki and Crystal Healing courses, if you have to cancel due to any of the situations in 2 above, we will offer alternative dates to suit you, but reserve the right to retain a £10 administration fee.  Where people fail to attend without prior notice, then the whole course fee becomes payable.

4. For workshops, the above will also apply, but we request a minimum of 7 days notice of cancellation, otherwise the whole workshop fee is payable.
